Nueva Consulta Pública “PROPUESTA REGLAMENTO DE RECONOCIMIENTO DE LABORATORIOS DE CALIDAD E INOCUIDAD ALIMENTARIA DE SALUD PÚBLICA”

👉 Este reglamento establece los requisitos, condiciones, obligaciones y responsabilidades que deben cumplir los laboratorios que postulan al reconocimiento como Laboratorios de Calidad e Inocuidad Alimentaria de Salud Pública, para realizar análisis o ensayos de laboratorio en alimentos (incluyendo agua envasada), aditivos alimentarios y materias primas alimentarias para consumo humano, que sean importados, elaborados y comercializados al interior del territorio nacional, así como a los productos alimenticios destinados a exportación, con el fin de verificar la calidad e inocuidad de los alimentos en conformidad con lo requerido por la Autoridad Sanitaria

Esta consulta pública estará abierta durante 60 días, hasta el 30 de Mayo de 2025
