Decreto 82 de 2023: modificaciones RSA 977 (Definiciones de Leche condensada y Manjar)

– Esto para actualizar y armonizar las regulaciones aplicables al manjar y leche condensada, con las regulaciones internacionales, dados los requerimientos de comercialización de estos productos.
– Y además, para generar alternativas de reformulación de dichos productos a fin de disminuir los contenidos de azúcares presentes en ellos, permitiendo el uso de otros ingredientes que den dulzor a los mismos.
